1. Who we are

This shop is run by TBF Media Int. Ltd., trading as The Bitcoin Family (company details). These terms apply to every order placed on this website.

2. Products

Every item is printed or embroidered on demand by our production partner Printful after you order. Colours on screen can differ slightly from the finished product.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are in euros and include any taxes we charge. Shipping is shown at checkout before you pay. You can pay with Bitcoin (Lightning or on-chain) or USDT through our payment processor CoinPayments. The amount in crypto is fixed for the duration of the payment window; if you pay too little or too late, the order is not processed and you can ask us for a refund of what you sent.

4. The contract

Your order is accepted once your payment is confirmed. You receive an email from us or Printful when your order ships.

5. Delivery

Production takes about 3–5 business days, plus shipping time to your country. We ship to the countries listed at checkout. Risk passes to you when the parcel is delivered.

6. Right of withdrawal and returns

Customers in the EU can withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving it. See our returns policy for how that works and what we do about misprints and damage.

7. Warranty and liability

You have the statutory warranty for consumer goods. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order, except where the law does not allow this limit.

8. Law and disputes
