Misprint, damage or wrong item

Email us within 30 days of delivery at shop@thebitcoinfamily.com with your order number and a photo. We send a free replacement or refund you. You don't need to send the item back.

Changed your mind (EU right of withdrawal)

You can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Let us know by email at shop@thebitcoinfamily.com within those 14 days. We reply with the address to send it to; send the item back unworn, unwashed and with its labels within 14 days after that.

You pay the cost of sending it back. We refund the price of the item and the standard shipping you paid within 14 days of receiving it back, in the currency you paid with or in euros if you prefer.

Exchanges

Because every piece is made for you, we can't exchange sizes. Return the item and place a new order.
